Why I'm Running
"A healthy democracy flourishes when caring, engaged citizens come together — sharing their time, talents, and resources to make a difference."
My campaign centers on three key commitments:

1. Listening to You
Strong communities grow from real conversations. That starts with genuine listening—not just waiting to reply, but truly hearing each other’s hopes, concerns, and ideas. Listening helps us understand, connect, and create a future we can all be proud of.

2. Creating a 21st-Century Library
Our library is already bursting at the seams, and with over 8,000 new neighbors expected to join us, it’s time to plan for the future. I’m committed to creating a vibrant, modern library that will serve as both a learning hub and a welcoming gathering place—meeting the needs of today while adapting to support Liberty Lake’s continued growth as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan 2026 - 2046. Investing in a forward-thinking library will help ensure Liberty Lake remains vibrant, relevant, and well-prepared for generations to come.

3. Developing Our Town Square Together
The Town Square—bordered by Mission Avenue, Appleway Avenue, and Signal Drive—offers a unique opportunity to create a welcoming space that benefits everyone. By working together, we can develop Town Square into a destination our residents are proud of, one that strengthens local businesses, and one that welcomes visitors eager to support our economy. Thoughtful development of this space will ensure Liberty Lake remains a wonderful place to live today and a vibrant, forward-looking city well into the future.
